Bishop recent podcast reiterates with clarion precision the most fundamental biblical tenet of our faith: “JESUS CHRIST IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE!” It isn’t at all surprising that His Excellency makes mention of the Gnostic heresy that permeated the early Church as a juxtaposed parallel to what is unfolding quite surreptitiously today.

As I remarked in a recent homily, those who espouse such heretical beliefs are swayed by “flawed and corrupt philosophical and religious doctrines.” Consequently, we the remnant … who “proclaim the Truth of Jesus Christ” must remain stalwart, with the help of God’s ineffable grace, to persevere and to endure all that Our Heavenly Father permits, even up to and including our martyrdom… whether white or red… for the conversion of sinners and the salvation of souls.
